I have several clients, friends and family members who have had babies born prematurely.  Some of them fought, and fought hard to survive, some of them lost their battle and are no longer with us.

Watching people I love go through the agony and tragedy of premature birth and not being able to do anything to help has been awful.

This year I have decided to walk for March of Dimes on April 25th, 2010 in honor and memory of my friend’s twins Noah and Talia.

I will be doing photo shoots on Saturday April 24th , 2010 in Park Ridge and will be donating all the money for the cause.   If you are interested in signing up for a shoot please email me at:  info@brishamphotography.com

Amir and Haneen hired me to photograph their Indian Mehndi Party and their Palestinian Henna party (still to come) before their wedding day.  The Mehndi party was a blast! I loved watching the two cultures combine for such a festive occasion!  And Amir and Haneen couldn’t have been any sweeter.

Thjs is my new friend Kory and her family.  She reads my personal blog and came to NYC when I did photos in August.  We were an instant match   Then when I decided to go to DC, she offered me a place to stay.  Lucky her, I did like three shoots with her family   But lucky me got a free place to stay and a new awesome friend!

Thanks Kory!  And Tony, I am STILL drooling over the food from your restaurant!
